Last time we talked about fashion inspirations from movies, so lets see this week how musicians have influenced the fashion world. I’m not absolouty sure since when musicians had such an big influenz on fahion and the way people on the street dress but propably since pictures and videos provided an wide mediarepresentation. Music and a personal style are so liked in together that there is no way to escape! And so first the fanbase followes than if big egough the rest to. Remember Debby Harry? If not giyf ;-). Look her up such an ensoering person and so fashion forward for her time! As she ripped her tights and hiked up her skrits all amerikca girls followed. Or the flannel, thermals, oversize cardigan Kurt Cobain brought to the world. And of course Madonna – how else?! Lets have a short view on three of wolrdwide known musicians with an big impact of the fashion world of their time, and are still a greate recource for designers and fashion magazin editors. First name on the list should proably be Diana Ross and the Supremes. Style: sophistiacted, glamoure, feminin Signature look: glamorous gowns, white gloves, highheels Keypices: wigs, tight skirts, white gloves, pearls, sequins, gold, feathers

Blondie- first punk-rock princess– inspiration for Madonna, Courtney Love and Gwen Stefanie Style: strong and sexy roule breaking Signature looks: black hotpants, ripped thights, tube tops and peroxid- blond hair Keypieces: really short shorts and skirts, overknies, sunglasses, provoking shirts
